ELEMENT

The Element project is being built in Ümraniye Dudullu in 3 stages. In the project, the 1st stage of which has been delivered, the 2nd stage construction continues. The delivery of the 2nd stage will take place in December 2023. The first two phase sales of the project, which has a high investment value due to its closeness to the Istanbul Financial Center, have been completed. The social facilities of the project include a pool, playground, camellias, basketball court, terrace park rest area, hobby room, indoor parking lot, as well as 24/7 security and closed circuit camera system. The project is 8 minutes walk from the Dudullu station of the Çekmeköy Üsküdar metro line and only 5 minutes walk from the Huzur station of the Bostancı Dudullu metro line.
