Job description

From our HR Specialist friend who will join us;
– Evaluating recruitment requests, publishing advertisements, scanning CVs, conducting test and interview organizations. Completing the recruitment processes for vacant positions within the scope of the positions in charge, executing all communication processes related to the candidate,
Developing search strategies, managing the recruitment database and reporting on recruitment activities to reach and attract qualified candidates.

– To carry out the orientation training of the newly recruited employees and to follow the trial periods, to design and implement the “Onboarding” process, to ensure the execution of the “Offboarding” process of leaving the job,

– To organize motivational, social and corporate events, to take an active role in talent acquisition and promotion,

-Designing the necessary trainings in line with the company strategy and business objectives, planning and organizing the training and development processes necessary for corporate, technical and personal development, determining and planning the training needs, following the records and plans in line with the training objectives and reporting them periodically,

-In line with the changing targets and strategies of the business units, promotion, backup, rotation, career development, etc. take an active role in the processes,

– Taking an active role in Human Resources and education budget studies,

– Taking an active role in Human Resources process and system development activities.

Attributes

Graduated from related departments of universities,
– At least 1 year of experience in the field of human resources, preferably recruitment and organizational development,
-Have effective written and oral communication and presentation skills,
-Strong in organization, planning and follow-up,
-High customer focus,
-Teamwork prone and open to development,
-Have analytical thinking skills
-Completed military service for male candidates,
-Preferably worked in the field of Human Resources in the Information Technologies sector,
– Good command of English
