ELEMENT II

The Element project in Ümraniye Dudullu is being implemented in 3 stages. The 1st Stage of the project has been delivered, and the 2nd Stage construction processes are continuing rapidly. The delivery of the 2nd stage will take place in June 2024. The first two stage sales of the project, which has a high investment value due to its proximity to the Istanbul Financial Center, have been completed. The social facilities of the project include a pool, playground, camellias, basketball court, terrace park recreation area, hobby room, indoor car park, as well as 24/7 security and closed circuit camera system. The project is an 8-minute walk from the Dudullu station of the Çekmeköy Üsküdar metro line and only a 5-minute walk from the Huzur station of the Bostancı Dudullu metro line.
